The difference I feel 2 hours later is beyond amazing!
Have a very bad gut problem and have been researching like mad to find a solution to 1)the leakage, 2)the pain, bloat, IBS, AID, touch of celiac, fecal fac 3)additions and deletions to my athletic diet, 4)parasites and newly found H. Pylori. 5) 4 surgeries, management prescription drugs, that’s enough, right?! Found Diane Sanfilipo site and her research on gut issues and repairs…what H. Pylori does not like, etc. She totally made sense and everything she talked about or experienced, I have! Ben Greenfield was one of the athletic/nutritionists that she had a blog with and a link to his site. I started reading like mad, and ran across his blog about adaptogens, athletic gut health, brain fog, forgetfulness, fatigue, lack of sleep and other symptoms, etc. and there was the info and site for Herbworks! I took in all about ancient Western/Asian herbs and what they can do and the research that went into the mixture. I was glued to Roger Drummer’s video explanation of how all of his research and knowledge of ancient herbs and adaptogens and how he came up with his product TianChi. Each herb explanation is fascinating to learn what their properties are, and what area of our bodies can benefit. Wanting badly to get off prescription drugs and be able to stick to my Paleo way of life, I have added aloe vera, licorice root, and matcha. And I have just received my first 30 day supply of TianChi yesterday! Had my first supplement this a.m. and to say that I feel a difference 2 hours later is beyond amazing! Am now in my 9th month of recovery from reverse shoulder arthroplasty, and been training for my 1st 5k since April 2017. The run is this Sunday and am excited to feel this good and really ready to go! A lumbar fusion surgery coming up May 25, and then back to rehab, PT and training again and getting ready for my first 1/2 marathon in October. I hope to keep feeling better and better and that my body will heal better while following my new regimen and the help of Herbworks! Thanks to Roger Drummer, Ben Greenfield and Diane Sanfilipo!!
